Dear friends,
We are Nikki, 21 years, and Laura, 20 years.
We’re studying at the teacherschool, called Pabo Groendewoud in Nijmegen. Nijmegen is a town, in the east of the Netherlands.
The Pabo is a school where they trained us for being a teacher at a primary school. We are now in the second grade, the education lasts for four years. From the beginning of our study we are in the same class.
We can laugh, talk, have fun and can work together very well ! In our class we have 25 students. In the second grade we have 6 classes.
We don't have to wear an uniform.
We give lessons on our practise school. This is a primary school. Every student has a different primary school and class. Laura follows the internship at a group with young children, in the age of four, five and six years old. We called this group 1/2. Nikki is in group 3, these children are six and seven years old. We like these classes! On wednesday and thursday we are on our practise school. On monday, tuesday and friday we're in the teacherschool in Nijmegen for learning.
In our free time we like to meet our friends. We also like to sport. Laura likes playing tennis, this is a sport with a ball and two rackets for tennis. She also likes to play handball. This sport you play with your hands in a team with eight players and a goal.
Nikki likes to dance on various sorts of music. She does this in a group with twelve girls.
